Integration Details

This product enables your organization with a bi-directional data sync of worker data between ADP Workforce Now and D365FO. The product’s user/admin will be able to set sync frequency that suits organizational needs. Also, a detailed execution log can be used to identify root cause of sync issues; thus can also be used for audit purposes.

Our product will enable clients to leverage the power of ADP and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations more strategically and effectively with right tools to manage their businesses.

  • Following fields will be synced to D365FO from ADP:

    Personal Profile:
    1. Legal name (First, Last, Middle)
    2. Legal address
    3. Gender
    4. Contacts (Landline, Fax, Mobile, Email) - Business/Home

    Employment Profile:
    1. Company code
    2. Hire date
    3. Actual start date
    4. Position Id
    5. Termination date
    6. Job code
    7. Reports to

Scheduled sync

Schedule synchronization frequency that suits your organizational needs as well as control the amount of data you want to sync. This is especially useful when a small set of data is required to isolate and identify root cause of sync issues.

Bulk sync

  • Synchronize entire data at once

Event based sync

  • Synchronize whenever a change is made to the worker's data in ADP

Scheduled sync

D365FO sync to ADP

Changes made to D365FO are pushed immediately to ADP.

Applicant onboarding

Applicants can be on-boarded in D365FO and synced with ADP in an in progress state with details such as addresses, contacts, original hire date etc. can be pushed with the new on-boarding.

Once on-boarding is completed in ADP, it will be synced automatically to D365FO.
